Mandarin Oriental Dhara Dhevi
The villas here are in an entirely separate section from the rest of the hotel and the restaurants are excellent. The best Chinese food I’ve had in Thailand was here as well. The grounds are large enough that you can take a long walk without having to worry about too many people invading your personal space.
