Nhong cracks whip on Lion, new OS obeys commands.

When Mac OS X Lion was launched by the Mac App Store on 20 July, Apple soon announced that 1 million copies had been sold in a single day. Allowing customers to download the software directly rather than requiring purchase from a shop has made it easier and faster to obtain the operating system. Back in 2005, Apple waited more than a month for sales of Mac OS X Tiger to reach 2 million copies; although by the next year sales of Mac OS X Leopard did reach 2 million copies in only a week.
